New York, New York “Back To The Basics” best describes the new EP release with production legend 4th Disciple and New Jersey lyricist Bizz “The Prince”’ entitled “Against The Grain”. This project was initially titled “Back To Basics”. The recording process was delayed as Bizz was working on several street releases with various Jersey City and Bayonne artist, as 4th Disciple proceeded to focus on various projects and releases such as Method Man’s “Meth Lab”, Peedi Crakk “Good Life”, Sean Price “Imperious Rex”, and more. In late 2017, Bizz and 4th Disciple reunited and went back to the basics, with a one artist, one producer format. Bizz “The Prince” provides intelligent wordplay and lyrics that flow over melodic 4th Disciple sound scapes taking you through a simple, but yet unique sonic paradigm. In regards to production, sound quality, lyrics and content this may be one of the best hip hop album releases in 2018.
