Apollo Young’s single “I Wanna Forget” was the first song created to begin the journey of writing his album and was inspired from a 4-year relationship with his ex girlfriend who cheated while they were living together. Through that experience, he was able to fully internalize that emotion of betrayal and heartache and let it all out from beginning to end that will truly put you in your feels and make you wanna forget you ever met that person who’s ever hurt you in a similar fashion.
Los Angeles-based Singer/Rapper/Songwriter/Producer – Apollo Young – brings you a new flavor to hip-hop using the auto-tune sound inspired from his favorite artist “Speaker Knockerz” combining a fusion of strong lyrical content, dynamic rap flow, R&B melodies, and production that truly launches the listener into outer space showcasing a wide spectrum of artistic expression.
