Nicky Glassez Ft Lano Bandz & Turtle7seas – Thow It


Nicky Glassez’ “Thow It” single is a club song featuring Lano Bandz and Turtle7seas. The motive behind “Thow It” is to make women want to dance and twerk as soon as they hear it. The song also has a strong southern style to it, influenced by strong 808’s and a simple melody pattern.

Born the oldest child of a musician father, emerging music producer and engineer, Nicholas Childs, also known as Nicky Glassez, had a love for making music as early as age six. As a young boy, he experimented with beat making on his Casio keyboard, gifted to him by his grandmother. He credits his biggest influence in the music industry to prolific music producer, Timberland, for his ability to produce versatile sounds for a variety of music genres.

As an adult, Nicky Glassez continued to work on making beats and engineering music, collaborating with a number of emerging artists on various tracks. Inspired by Dj Khalid, Glassez is now working on becoming a full fledged record producer. In 2015, he completed his first professional production called Do it in the Bed for an artist named Sonny Sol, and in 2016 he collaborated with underground rapper PzotheGen on the album, Day Dreams.

Glassez has helped with the sound for multiple theatrical plays including (Thugs In the Women Who Love Them, Love Jones The Musical) starring recording artist (Ray J, Lil Boosie, K. Michelle, Jamal Woodlard, Karlie Redd, Michel’le, Amina, Lil G, Raheem Devaugn, MC Lyte, Dave Hollister, Lyfe Jennings). He has also engineered for Lil (Ysl) Duke.

Glassez continues to network with a large clientele producing and engineering R&B, Pop, and Hip-Hop music for over (#40) artist. He is credited for using his keyboard to bring a classical yet edgy sound to Hip-Hop music. His immense talent and dedication to music is ongoing and continues to attract the ears of artist all the way from his home in Oklahoma to Southern California.
